KEY POINTS (READ FIRST)
• Deposit or full payment: Reserve with a 25% deposit (or pay in full for a flat $20 off).
• Cooling-off window: Full refund within 24 hours of booking.
• Cancellations: After 24h, the deposit is non-refundable; within 7 days of the event a 50% cancellation fee applies; day-of/no-show is 100% due.
• Capacity: We accept max 2 bars per day and only 1 bar per time slot. If a slot becomes unavailable at payment time, we’ll reschedule or refund.
• Setup/cleanup: We block 1h setup + live service + 1h cleanup. Please ensure access and power.
• Allergens: Items may contain or contact nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.—client informs guests.
• Venue outside Bakersfield, CA: travel fees may apply.
• Governing law: California; venue: Kern County.
WHO WE ARE
Manna Snack Bars (“Manna,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides mobile snack bars and related event services. Our website is https://mannasnackbars.com (“Site”). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
2.1 How to book. Choose your bar, package, and time, then pay through our Stripe checkout. A booking is confirmed once payment clears and you receive our confirmation. We also create an internal Google Calendar reservation.
2.2 Payment options. Reserve with a 25% deposit or pay in full (flat $20 off). Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Capacity safeguard. We accept a maximum of two (2) bars per calendar day and only one (1) bar per time slot. If your slot becomes unavailable at completion of payment, we’ll promptly offer a new slot or a full refund.PRICING & WHAT’S INCLUDED
3.1 Packages. Priced by guest ranges and include live service time (e.g., 50–150 guests includes 2 hours). Extra hour is $150.
3.2 Bar types. Standard pricing applies to Mini Pancake, Esquites, Maruchan, and Manna Snack Bar — “La Clásica.” Tostiloco is premium (+$50).
3.3 Add-ons. Options (e.g., second standard bar, chocolate fountain) are priced as shown at checkout.CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULES (HARMONIZED)
4.1 24-hour grace period. You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking.
4.2 After 24 hours and more than 7 days before the event: the 25% deposit is non-refundable; any amount paid above the deposit is refundable.
4.3 Within 7 days of the event: a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total regular service price (before discounts) applies. If you have paid less than 50%, you owe the difference; if you paid more, we refund the excess above 50%.
4.4 Day-of / no-show: 100% of the total price is due; no refund.
4.5 Reschedules.
• >7 days before event: free, subject to availability.
• 7–2 days (48h) before event: best-effort; if we cannot accommodate, Section 4.3 applies.
• <48h: reschedules not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation under Section 4.3 or 4.4.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Access and timing. Provide safe, lawful access to the setup area at least one (1) hour before service start and allow one (1) hour after service for cleanup.
5.2 Utilities. Provide a standard 120V electrical outlet within reasonable distance. Water/waste access if applicable. If power is unavailable/insufficient, services may be limited or canceled without refund.
5.3 Event changes. Inform us of any changes to location, guest count, or timing at least 48 hours in advance.
5.4 Safety. Maintain order and safety for guests; ensure a level surface and adequate cover for outdoor setups (shade/tent).PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
We will supply the agreed food items, equipment, and trained staff, maintain clean/hygienic service areas, and manage setup, service, and cleanup professionally.TRAVEL FEES
Events outside Bakersfield, CA may incur travel fees. We will disclose any travel fee in advance of the event.ALLERGIES & DIETARY INFORMATION
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, etc.). You are responsible for informing guests and posting/communicating allergy notices. We can provide ingredient information upon request. We are not liable for allergic reactions or medical issues arising from consumption of our products.DELAYS, WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, accidents, utility outages, severe weather, government actions). For outdoor events, severe weather may require moving indoors, modifying service, or rescheduling. If safe service is not possible, we will attempt to reschedule; otherwise the applicable cancellation terms in Section 4 apply.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to your booking will not exceed the total amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, photos, text, and other materials on the Site or in our materials are owned by Manna or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.USER CONTENT & REVIEWS
If you provide reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Manna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content for promotional/operational purposes. You represent you have the rights to grant this license and that your content is lawful and non-infringing.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. Internal scheduling may use Google Calendar or similar tools. Calendar holds are an internal record and do not replace your booking confirmation.DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.CONTACT
